Shipping Policy

Every HORVATH order is packed by hand at our London workshop and dispatched as quickly as we can responsibly manage, usually within one to three working days of payment. Order confirmation and tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–5 working days via a tracked courier service. Express options are available at checkout for time-sensitive trips and weekend departures.

For destinations outside the United Kingdom, transit times depend on the carrier and local customs handling. Any import duties, taxes or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please follow the carrier's instructions to rearrange or collect from a local depot. Parcels that are returned to us because they were unclaimed can be redispatched at your cost or refunded minus the original shipping fee.

Should a parcel appear lost or significantly delayed, get in touch at mail@horvathcamp.co.uk and we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it is resolved.
