Welcome to HORVATH. By browsing this website, placing an order or otherwise interacting with our shop, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

All product descriptions, photographs and prices on horvathcamp.co.uk are provided in good faith and reviewed regularly, but minor variations in colour, finish or weight may occur for handmade and small-batch cookware. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors and to amend prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; an order is only accepted once we send a written confirmation. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms or cannot be fulfilled due to stock or shipping limitations, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

All content on this site, including imagery, copy, logos and product designs, is the property of DAVID HORVATH DESIGN LTD and may not be reproduced for commercial use without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing is welcome and appreciated.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Please contact mail@horvathcamp.co.uk with any questions before placing an order.
